Cancellation Policy

At KEM Beauty, every order is handled with care and attention. As many of our wigs and products are prepared or customized specifically for you, we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that processing or production has not already begun.

Please include your full name and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once Processing or Production Has Started

Once your order has entered processing or production, it is considered final and can no longer be cancelled or refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This is especially important for custom-made wigs, personalized products, and products prepared according to your individual specifications, as work may begin shortly after your order is confirmed.

Cancellation may therefore no longer be possible if:

* More than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed;
* Processing or production has already begun;
* Your item has been customized or personalized;
* Your order has already been shipped;
* Required information or forms were not submitted within the requested timeframe.

KEM Beauty cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please Note

By placing an order with KEM Beauty, you acknowledge that custom and personalized products may enter production shortly after your purchase and may therefore become non-cancellable.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
