WIG REVAMP SERVICE

Shipping & Collection Instructions

• Place the wig in a wig bag or clean zip-lock bag.

• Put it inside a sealed outer bag, envelope, or box.

• Send us a DM or WhatsApp message to receive the shipping address.

• Send your wig using a secure, tracked delivery service and send us the tracking number once dispatched.

• We will notify you once your wig(s) have been received and confirm the weight of each wig.

This service includes a wash, deep conditioning treatment, and styling. If you need a new closure or frontal, you can also add it to your order.

We are happy to work with your hair, no matter its condition, and we do our best to deliver stunning results.

However, the final outcome depends on the quality of the hair you provide. While most wigs turn out beautifully, please note that results may vary based on your hair's condition.

Please select the correct hair length for your revamp service to ensure you pay the correct price and avoid any delays.

Turnaround Time

Please allow up to 7-14 working days from the date we receive your wig.

RETURN DELIVERY

• We do not offer free return shipping.

• You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe once your wig has been shipped.

• Your wig will be returned to your preferred address via tracked courier.
