Are your wigs made with human hair?
Yes. Our wigs are made with high-quality human hair. Please check the individual product description for specific hair details.
What is the difference between a Pre-Made wig and a Custom Wig?
Pre-Made wigs are prepared and available as described. Custom wigs are made according to your selected specifications and require additional processing time.
Can I customize my wig?
Yes. Depending on the wig, customization options may include bleaching the knots, plucking, styling, coloring, and other finishing touches.
How long does a custom wig take?
Custom wigs require 10–14 business days for processing. Processing time may vary during busy periods.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Most of our human hair can be colored and/or bleached. However, we recommend having this done by a professional to protect the quality and longevity of the hair.
Do you offer lace replacement?
Yes, lace replacement is available for eligible wigs. Please note that the wig must be clean before it is sent in. Wash & Style and a new lace are not automatically included and must be added separately.
Do I need to add a closure or frontal for a lace replacement?
Yes. For a lace replacement service, you must select the correct size closure or frontal when placing your order.
How should I care for my wig?
Proper maintenance is essential for keeping your wig looking and feeling its best. We recommend gentle washing, moisturizing the hair when needed, and storing your wig properly when not in use.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping options for selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed and is ready, you will receive shipping information. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please make sure you select the correct size, length, texture, and customization options before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once your order has entered processing or production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
