Processing Time

Orders are processed according to the product type.

In-stock items:
Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 3-5 business days after processing.

Custom-Made Wigs
Please allow approximately 11–15 days for production and delivery.

Pre-order items:
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for pre-order items.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders must be paid in full before your order is processed or shipped.

We accept payment through the payment methods stated on our website.

Once payment has been received, your order will be prepared for processing.

For custom-made products, production will only begin after full payment has been received.

Please make sure that your name, shipping address, email address and other order details are correct before completing your purchase.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days, unless a different processing time is stated on the product page.

Custom-made wigs, clip-in extensions and other personalized products may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time will be communicated before or after your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Carriers and Deliveries

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they leave our possession. We will work diligently to get your items to you in one piece, in a timely manner and reconcile most issues that may occur during transit. However, the responsibility of lost and/or damaged items does not fall solely upon us. If you have any issues or concerns regarding lost or damaged items, feel free to contact the shipping carriers. 

KEM BEAUTY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, customs delays or circumstances beyond our control.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to KEM BEAUTY because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. These additional costs are not covered by KEM BEAUTY.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to find out which additional fees may apply.
