STEP 1 – PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE.

• Place your bundles,closure / frontal in a wig bag or ziplock.

• Seal inside a padded envelope or box.

STEP 2 – SENDING YOUR WIG.

• Please send your wig to us with a secured guaranteed delivery option

• Email tracking number and courier service used to – kembeauty3@gmail.com

Please carefully review our wig cap size guide (Measurement Guide) and learn how to measure your head so you can choose the correct size before placing your order. The size cannot be changed afterward.

Please understand if you have more than 3 bundles an additional fee of €15 per bundle will be charged. 5 bundles is the max

No bundles cut into small pieces will be accepted. If you send us hair that is cut an additional €15 will be charged and must be paid before pick up/shipping.

Cut Bundle fee is €20

TURNAROUND TIME
• 7-14 working days from when we receive your package.

RETURN DELIVERY

•We do not offer free shipping on wigging.

• You’ll get a tracking number and delivery estimate once your wig has been shipped.
